Pathways to the Pulp
An unessential, and undecided, issue. Such vehicles promptly
Sold out, their imperatives undone, and like children or dream-Logged clerks with a mind how it should be made up, on the whole, we could stand to learn a thing or two. Lift a stone,
You will find them smooth and round, before smiling and shrugging
She hops on her motorcycle and speeds off. Her half-shrug,
One hand perhaps lifted in grief, obligates me to pay what remains
The Victorian insect sampler's fragile material could be promptly
Destroyed at every step. Not wanting to complicate the whole
I further kept the versions where you motioned to claw at your nose, dreamily
Unpredictably as switching on a light, though you never claim to dream.

Not correspondent with the lottery slot lover(s) depicted in this card.
The insect and pollen closeups I will keep.
Wrong. Just because I sourced this later, where I renovated the B-side and baying lion, does not mean that I submit everything for disenchantment. Yes, there are letters because I always consider the idea of being correspondent, or of achieving correspondence, to be received at the right time, in the mail.
I am not succumbing to burnout or boredom just for taking a few days to tend to some practical affairs, so that my head will be cleared for the next project.

I do not use court cards because there are appearance-based referents, when I want to symbolize ideas. Long ago, I liked the Page of Cups, much like the first stirrings of April Fool's, because it represents guilelessness, creativity and vision untainted by experience. Spaghetti trees without a cruel edge.
I particularly liked the fish emerging from the chalice of the unconscious mind.

*The first song of his I heard, and I quite liked the librettist's fatal muses, and then it lilts back to slumber.
I was thinking last night; after being charge for the first time, with five overflow ED admissions, one AMA, and losing a suicide sitter (I should have put in for), that I do not want to do this. Five years of this, an eternity.
I will educate my way out of this.

I am reminded that I regularly take more and more responsibility at my job. I have to remember that I am being tested; the hospitalist mid-levels manage the care of three floors at night.
Someone asked me about Epogen dosing. If, the max range was followed at 40,000 units a week, then deleterious clotting in a person forgetful of his warfarin would have occurred.

I am reading the heart books and my test banks in May. When I get paid, I will register. Big test and simulation on this May 7th:

This, I will send this to my niece Siena with money in the pages, among other things, since she finishes her first year of middle school.

It isn't clear to me, was it nitroprussude thiocyanate toxicity or excessive afterload reduction responsible for the acute altered mental status change?
