The intercostal space (ICS) left and right sternal border are verbiage, and worthwhile to state for correct placement; however, I do not consider these geographic landmarks now.

No argument about the brutality of the end of Matthew Shepherd, but if his killer had a volatile sexual relationship with him, and they were fighting about drugs under the influence, it is not a hate crime. Reality is assigned given one's political persuasion.
