After looking here, I thought of this story about walking and finding a scene of used condoms, wet wipes and an empty fried chicken bucket...you put together the story.

I was using a locution with a construction manager in denial about his pending coronary bypass, which is used by a 40-year nurse on my unit: "you can have a beautiful house, but if you pour your cooking grease down the drain every night, you are going to have blockages.*

Rightly or wrongly, I bought Domino's for the person that helped me with tree limbs after mowing yesterday, and we dined with the six members of the Stephenson house. I had to show my appreciation.

Now, to fast at work.

Eating less prepared food; will do.

I drink black coffee, but I eat a Greek yogurt and more dairy in the day. After a fatty dinner, I had a green apple and carrots from my lunch.
